I had it up and running in just a few minutes, actually, probably even faster than that. No hassle or confusing steps, just worked right away.

I ordered from Blusmart and ended up needing a refund because the whole thing just didn’t work out. That part happens, fine, but the way they handled it really annoyed me.

I had to keep emailing them just to get anywhere, and their replies felt like the same copy-paste message over and over. it felt like they were hoping I’d just give up, which is ridiculous. If I hadn’t chased them, I doubt they would’ve bothered to update me at all.
I did eventually get my money back, but it took way longer than it should have. I’m glad the refund came through, but the hassle was completely on them, and it left a bad taste

I feel like the battery drains a bit faster than I expected. It’s not terrible or anything, but I’m sure I was hoping it would last longer.

I’m giving it 2 stars because it still works, but the durability doesn’t seem great.

i mean, it worked just fine with both my iPhone and my old Samsung. Connected without any weird setup or extra hassle

The app connected really quickly, which I appreciate. So far I haven’t had any weird dropouts or issues, that’s how tech should be, simple, dependable, and respectful of your time.

I’m still Waiting to get proper help with the warranty. It’s been a bit frustrating, and I just wish the support process moved Faster...
